The "Light of Action" is a famous Lunar military treatise, most recently revised
by Fazzur Wideread himself. It's a basic text at the Lunar Military College in
Alkoth (and in their fai-neant branch in Raibanth), and probably contains most
of what would be the "Lunar Art of War" -- if the Lunars were doctrinaire enough
to accept one version of anything.
