Oops. My table was, in fact, generated in 1991, before your article. I should have checked it more carefully (I did correct Glamour and the Silver Sultanate cities, which I had stuck in sector 2 in 1991). I'll try to correct it over the weekend.

Well, I'm willing to buy this, and the Torang baseline, if the theory is that Sunset and Sunrise are times of Balance and symbolize the Lunar mastery of Balance. I think it obvious that, as one moves radially away from the center line, the moon gradually changes. The alignment with Torang symbolizes the freedom of the Lunar way, as the Moon is not tied to any of the other axes available on the surface world. It also symbolizes Lunar creativity, for the same reason.
