Regarding the various posts about whether Malia is good or evil:

Even if it weren't true (that Malia is considered a healing goddess in the Lunar Empire) I think it's a hell of a good rumor to pass around the local Geo's to piss of the locals: "You know who the Lunar goddess of medicine is? Malia. Sick chaotic disease loving Bat-fuckers. Let's go kill the local Teelo Nori priestess."

Re Kevin Rose's Aldrayami post:

>Dryads are tied to trees.

"So is elves. Here's how it work. Take elf. Tie to tree. Set tree on fire (Need Zorak Zoran for that trick). Watch the fun."

Regarding Metcalfe's comments about farmer/warriors:

>Most of the farmer/warriors aren't very good IMO. If they're too poor
>to afford decent weaponry, I doubt they can afford fancy spells.

Reminds me of an adventure in my Skanthi campaign where the adventurers (who had pulled a Norman adventurer schtick and settled in as the local nobility) armed a bunch of the peasents into a militia and sent them off to fight broos. Needless to say, the poor slobs got slaughtered. Casualty rates approached 50%. Most of the PCs didn't see the problem with this until they almost had a revolution on their hands and got an Ernalda priest leveraged onto their ruling council by a collition of upset widows and orphans. Luckily they haven't tried a real muster since (and it would fail miserably if they did).
