Gbaji and Arkat

Hello all

This is the first time I write an article to this list, and I'm also pretty new to RuneQuest and Glorantha. I have a question for you all:

I'm a little confused about this Arkat/Gbaji thing. As far as I've understood, Arkat was "good". He slayed Gbaji/Nysalor because he was an evil god. But Arkat also almost slayed the goddess Dorasta during this period, and as far as I can understand, Dorasta is a "good" goddess, worshiped by farmers of Riskland (and other places...?). Why did Arkat attack her? Was this just a result of his giant force, or did he purposefully attack her?
