Temple to the Raching Moon

Does anyone know the precise whereabouts of the Temple to the Reaching Moon - the one buildt by Tatius the Bright and destroyed by the Dragon in 1625 ST?

The reason I'm asking is because I want my players to be there when it happens, to witness the event firsthand - the start of the Hero Wars, IMHO.

I've always imagined that it is somewhere near Boldhome (KoS doesn't give details), but a more specific location would be nice.
