I don't know about general agreement, but I think Pentans use wagons (I've seen a comment in Greg Stafford's notes about them towing the glowing Golden Bow spirit around in a wagon). I've written a piece for the forthcoming Tales of the Reaching Moon, wherein Grazers also use wagons.

Isn't Eel-ariash already the name of a clan? The one Hon-eel and Jar-eel came from? I'm not sure what sort of name you want.
