Nick on lunar midwinter:

>Probably there is a Lunar mystical "rebirth" of some
>kind as the cycle turns from increasing Darkness back to increasing Light:
>the fact that Midwinter's Day falls on Fireday of *Illusion* Week in Dark
>Season makes this very likely indeed.

One wonders if the Red Goddess present different faces during different times of the year (which perhaps could be called 'months'), each representing a crucial aspect of the Goddess. I have no idea what these aspects would be, as i am not initiated into the lunar way or the secrets of the reaching moon.

Mayhap the lunar New Year take place during midwinter, celebrating her birth, and Sacred Time celebrates her apotheosis, when she forged the world anew?
