Damn good question. It looks like someone has done something stupid on ftp.csua (again). I'll work on getting them restored. In the next few months, all the ftp.csua archives should (hopefully) find new homes on a much more reliable machine, but in the meantime, keep your fingers crossed, and I'll try and get things available again for the nonce.
