Like Graham Wren's my campaign hasn't been big on non-humans, save for Baboons and Ducks. (Blessed beasts!)
Our Ducks weren't cartoony, and had their own motivations, behaviour, and culture, and added a great deal to the campaign. (The only humour was when a bunch of Ducks, acting as bait for a group of assassins innocently quipped "We're decoys!")
My favourite were the Baboons, however. Has anyone out there delved into Baboon culture?
