I think that Welsh Rarebit is the one true god, viewed as Cheese Toast only by heretics and those unfortunates they have duped.

This should be clear, because Cheese Toast is quick and easy, whereas worshipping Rarebit requires much more in the way of ritual washing up afterwards, as is appropriate for a proper god.
