If we believe the distribition maps in Glorantha Bestiary (and I see no reason not to at the moment), ludoch live around the entire Teshnan coast, while Zabdamar are found only off the east coast. The Zabdamar are said to travel beyond Kahar's Sea of Fog, so doubtless they can be found near western Teshnos, but they never settle in such regions.
