Guerilla Warfare in Sartar and Prax

Steve Rennell wrote about guerilla operations in Sartar.

   Maybe there is such a thing as a 'Detect Rebel' spell. Since this is not the first expansion of the Lunar Empire they may have some experience along these lines. Magic could be one of the great levelers in counter insurgency operations, as intelligence as to who the insurgents are is always the major headache.
