At the Stars at Night Panel at Convulsion, Alex Fergusion discussed this very thing. I pretty sure he is involved in a java based ephemeris. He has been quizing Greg and modeling his answers. I don't know what stage the project is at (I might even be wrong that it exists at all). Alex speak up!
