Steve, he's the Lismelder Humakti hero who rescued Queen Lismelder's body from being a zombie, and who gives a special spell that's very useful if you live next to the Upland Marsh. The main (original?) description of him was in the Humakti special Tales, and I seem to remember it being repeated later (in an RQA?). Read up the stories from David Hall's Greydog campaign, and you'll find him mentioned all the time. He's a more-or-less accepted part of the cult of Humakt. A Humakt re-write that in some way made him Impossible wouild upset a lot of people, and is therefore a Bad Thing.

It's sad, all right. What's even sadder is that a Praxian supplement
contains almost all the definitive write-ups for human cults. You can
find troll deities elsewhere, you can find Chaos ones oozing out of
Dorastor, but straight, normal, human cults? River of Cradles. Or Cults
of Prax if you can get it. Other than that you're into fanzines - often
good stuff, but as you point out, not everyone has them.
