Who is Kalt?

In the story of the initiation of Orlanth, the "uncles" who kidnap the children include "Kalt, the Renewing God". Anyone know any more about him?

For comparison, the others are:
Genert, Lord of the Earth
Lodril, lord of Fire
Magasta, the Sea giant;
Dehore, Darkness-keeper

One per Element, really, with Storm (Umath) of course absent. So who's Kalt? Chaos?
