Howling Tower

Hi everyone,

In Wyrm's Footprints on page 102 in the description of Minaryth Purple there is the Howling Tower mentioned. Does anyone know where it is situated and what is so special about it. I know that I could just make it up but I would prefer not to contradict someone's description and ideas.
