I can think of two events which may be time travel; one is the appearance of Belintar, possibly from the future and probably by accident and the other is the Battle of the Nights of Horror where monsters from the future did horrible things. I would not personally use a terminator style assasin from the future plot device as I think time travel is an uneccessary complexity. Why not simply have the assasins working on Omens that certain characters will become powerful if they are not assasinated? After all information from the future (an Omen, in effect) has the same plot implications without the paradoxes.
