 AFAIK Yuthu is the city god of Yuthuppa. But the word 'Yuthu' means  only 'god' in ancient DH language, thus it would be 'nickname' for  Yuthuppans. IMO Yuthu's real name is Anaxial, the divine emperor who  found Yuthuppa.
