See <http://www.pensee.com/dunham/glorantha/products.html>. While it has many worthwhile reprints (and a little new material), it doesn't have the dragonewts. At least some of that issue ended up in Elder Secrets (though not the personality rules).

It's a book, not a set, if that helps. I think it's still one of the best published sources on Orlanthi myths.
