Would sir care to be eaten by chaos, now?

Of course, simply because someone no longer exists on heaven, earth or hell is not proof per se that they were destroyed by (what would be seen in cultural terms as) Chaos. Some different possible takes/ circumstances:

Theist/naturalist: He was eaten by chaos.

Mystical:

He was Liberated from the mundane world into a higher state of being;

or:

A misuse of great mystic powers caused his annihilation.

'Materialist':

He simply dispersed, being dead, and not having his soul trapped by pagan demons.

or:

He went to Solace.

Whatever these are 'natural' things to happen, in the morally judgemental sense of the word, certainly is culturally determined.
