Well, no lengthy MIME attachments, proprietary data formats, and 48K messages -- a commendable improvement! ;-)

First up, before I get down to the nitty-gritty, I applaud your (and David Dunham's) compilations efforts. This stuff is spread so far and wide that keeping track of it is one monumental pain... Relatedly, though, it'd be even more useful if you included a further annotation describing where to go look for further information on each tribe, or clan.

One thing I wasn't so thrilled about was the apparent proliferation of made-up-from-whole-cloth clan names, with no supporting info whatsoever. It's one thing doing this in fiction, for that dread Illusion of Depth (step forward Greg, for smack on wrist), but doing so for _every clan_ in the entirity of Sartar is both a tad ambitious, and furthermore really only acts to Cramp The Style of those who might have been planning on fleshing out a given tribe in depth. Or to create yet another set of contradictory names... I concur with Sergio, 'top-down' is something we see a tad too much of in Glorantha, especially when it's 'top and not very far down'...

(Yes, I know you emphasised Unofficial, but we have blood-feu-- eh, 'lively discussions' about the Unofficial here all the time.)

And now the niggles:

Is there some indication that the PJs have such a connection? (Apologies for not checking KoS before I ask this, can't locate li'l beggar.)

> Alone Ring:

I didn't know there was an Alone Ring at all! Given the quite different times of their incorporation into the kingdom, I thought perhaps the whole Far Point region was regard as a single ring/conferation, as far as the southerners were concerned, whether or not they regard themselves as belong to one at all, or not...

Cheers,
Alex.
