Peter, just a clarification are you saying Tarsh is outside the Glowline or just Rebel Tarsh?
If just Rebel Tarsh can you clarify what is rebel Tarsh?
Also Does the Glowline impede the worship of Orlanth in any way? A Gloranthan cone of silence as it were.
