Godunya is AFAIK a real person as he assisted the EWF in the second age. If he is a dream then everybody else in glorantha could also be a dream. Hence while the Kralori do make use of draconic dreams, I do not believe that everything in Kralori is necessarily such.

No. I was talking about Trachodon Marsh, a different place entirely. Ryzel is a rather orthodox draconic nest having been established there in the Gbaji Wars AFAIK.

I think he's a former Emperor installed by the Kralori during the Gods War. His devolution is voluntary but a result of a curse inflicted on him when he was deposed.
