There are a number of sites offering word generation software. www.langmaker.com is a good place to start, and you can find other sites via the Scattered Tongues webring at www.ifi.ntnu.no/~hannemo/sc/index.html, although that includes a number of general linguistic sites as well as the computer programs you're after.
