I wasn't aware that there was one nor any specific provincial secret police as such. The nearest person could be Dagius Furius, chief of intelligence since before 7/29 (1600) according to KoS p233, but he's part of the provincial army and reports to Fazzur (for now).

If you mean the bigwig most concerned with the theological purity of the provincial elite, then this would be Icilius Overholy who took up her post in 1618.
