Assuming that Vingans don't worship Orlanth. Personally I think they do.

I see Vinga as a heroic historical figure that showed that women can worship Orlanth and go off fighting and adventuring. It may be that the Vingan cult of Orlanth Adventurous is not precisely the same as the male Orlanth Adventurous cult, but I still think they all worship Orlanth.

Alternatively, perhaps Vingan women are part of the Orlanth Adventurous cult, but undergo a different initiation into it than the men.

As far as I'm aware, Vinga was a mortal hero and no more a goddess than Heort, or Vingkot, or Harmast were gods.
