where are Lyleket and Jadnor?

Where are the cities Lyleket and Jadnor located? Both are mentioned in the Jonstown Compendium in Troll Gods (and the Troll Cults book), but I can't quite remember where they are, geographically.

And while I'm at it, what about Aerinthanx, presumably some place in Ralios?
