I'm not going into this one to far.....but certainly the adventuring life would be hard....Olympic grade? Certainly for 'Hero' types. Certainly the lifestyle of the average adventurer isnt as strenuous as that....but it IS hard enough that carrying a baby to term would be very hard indeed. If you're fighting backwoods campaign vs the 'vile Lunar scum' like my players are doing...well allmost the same as fighting the vile Nazi scum.....

However in a more normal campaign:-

Getting pregnant shouldnt be a issue....depending on the Vingans (or any other female character!) 'lifestyle choices' but keeping the child to term!!!! You try swordfighting when pregnant!!!!!!
