This can only be cast within the confines of a clan's central temple of Orlanth, and only by the most senior Red Woman the clan has. When cast upon a Vingan, it gives her +5% per personal MP expended by the recipient to all social skills, but only when dealing with people the clan has never before encountered and only on the initial meeting. The recipient need not expend all points granted at any one time.
The duration of the spell is "until used", at which point the bonus lasts for the normal duration of a Divine magic spell.
When cast upon a non-Vingan, the bonus is +5% for every two personal MP, and the ritual cannot be cast upon that person again.
(Mind you, this is not balanced, since it's off the top of my head. Numerical adjustment is probably necessary.)
