Not quite inevitable; there is _some_ sort of speciation in Glorantha, though it's not so much even Lamarckian, as positively stream of consciousness. All are agreed that this sort of thing would have readily happened in the godtime, but these days only occurs under unusual (though not necessarily _very_ unusual) or unnatural magical circumstances.

Causal flossie-rogering seems unlikely to result in Sheep Boy, but one could argue that the pathological abuser of sheep (at this point one tries hard not to imagine an episode of Millennium on such a theme) is beginning to successfully emulate a broo, which will naturally have Serious Consequences.
