Yes. Issaries is the god of heralds, and they must be honest. Also, if Issaries traders weren't known for at least a certain degree of honesty, how could they survive? I don't think you'll find Issaries merchants using false weights or passing bad coins.

For Humakt you could always use Humakt (page PDP-18).
Foundchild is a hunter god, so Odall would be a start (PDP-19).
Kyger Litor *is* an ancestor cult for trolls... Daka Fal is the Praxian version of the ancestor worship cult; River of Cradles has the most recent info I'm aware of.
Donandar has Deceitful, since disguises and costumes are part of an entertainer's repertoire.
