Isn't "The Queen City" a nickname for New Orleans? Would work for Nochet, too. :)

Going way out on a RW linguistic limb, "Noc" means *night and "het" might be short for *hetaera* (concubine, courtesan), or any number of words begining with *hetero* one could play with, that Nochet could be the shortened form of.
