No. The strongest gods are the husband goddesses of Ernalda of whom Orlanth is one (but even they are emasculated and strictly controlled).
Massive temples exist to many lightbringers (ie Nochet U and the Great Hopsital) in Nochet City but that is a sign of the city's cosmopolitian nature rather than the strength of the lightbringers there. There are even more grand temples to more popular deities such as Ernalda, Orlanth and the Living God.
