likely to oligarchy than monarchy. and Lunar Imperial Senate completely is
replaced by Egi council of Lunar face and remains as skeleton of past
history. (Yelmgatha and TakenEgi made Nysalorian greatness as best, and
ignored next dynasty intentionally abandoning "make me a Duke" influence.)
But this position would maintain in the theocratic structure of Glorantha by
existence of powerful demigods and power-balanced structure, (and I thought
this is not fit to only scheme of FS as Yelmic religion and I expected
Shargash
and/or Dayzatar-like anti-centralizism but traditional Dara Happan cult
covering this space)
