Usually birthing life, parthenogenetic or sexually. Or like dryads seeding and growing special trees to produce certain items.

Ratslaff did, when he farted. I guess Trickster still might do the trick now and then. Apart from that, unleashed creation is one of the definitions of chaos.

But is it newly created life, or is it some sort of spirit assuming a new form?
