Kmnellist goes for the reductio ad absurdum tactic on Glorantha names (pretty much a null-op, you'd have imagined):

Wa-hay. Well, there's already a 'Fergus Windbag', who if he isn't named after me, bleedin' well ought to have been. David Black Forest I'm not so sure about: I know a Dave Black, dunno what he's done to become a Gloranthan forest... Mt. Trotsky: maybe, though wouldn't a Terrible Trotsky Tiger ("Felis horribilis, 11 feet long, claws like *this*, will have your leg off in a jiffy." "What, in _Wenelia_??") be more fitting?
