        Many other surviving strong sorcerers and vampires live with Delecti. He is just the leader and most famous. But if you go knocking on Delecti's door, you will probably meet some of the others. The Daughters of Darkness, for example, don't appear to use just standard vampiric magics, and may well use EWF magics (the changing the nature of the land (to swamp) feels fairly EWFy to me, far more than vampiric (who traditionally have issues with elemental magic)).
