Can anyone please help me with a rules request / query. Please email me = directly, I am not on the mailing list. =20

I own Dragon Pass...... but I heard that White Bear & Red Moon had = different Diplomact rules... ie isread of allocating DPs, one would roll = for attaining inpependants instead. I am keen to get a summary of this = rule, and perhaps a description of the independant alliance table if = possible?

Any help appreciated. =20
