It depends on what you understand by Orlanth worshippers. Orlanth has rejected the Goddess's message and so I assume that the magics would not work on his worshippers. The Sylilans, Tarshites etc are Orlanthi but do not worship Orlanth hence Yanafal's magics work fine upon them.
