Mostali and paranoia

Catching up after a week off:

<<Theo suggests several more Paranoia-related ideas>>

Not sure the all-dwarfs-have-hidden-chaos-features option is one that I fancy for my game.

<< I would conceptualize that the Mostali have
developed QA procedures to deal with breakdowns. Perhaps this is the role of the Diamond dwarves: come in, review a worksite, make
recommendations for alterations>>

This would certainly be an option. Not how I visualise the Diamond dwarfs through - I rather see them as the peak of their individual craft without necessarily any ex officio temporal influence. That is a diamond stonecarver dwarf might be utterly focussed on his craft to the point that he produces the most delicate yet strong pierced-work flying buttresses but has no involvement in the administration of where or how the buttresses are installed. He would even in this case work under a Clay Caste supervisor of lower skill. Agree with the principle though - these are my Quantity Surveyors.

<<But who are the 'Gembourg evacuationists'? Could
someone email me directly a description?>>

I don't have the reference to hand but you should be able to find something by searching the archives of this list. Put simply the Evacuationists believe that the volcano inside which Gemborg lies is about to enter a catastrophically active phase and should be evacuated.
