Nearly. He's Nanny Ogg's cat in the Discworld books. A villainous old lecher with only one eye who Nanny persists in seeing as a harmless little kitten, den. He gets transformed into a human in WITCHES ABROAD and has a tendency to do it again when he gets tired of cat females in later books.
