Genert died long before the GodLearners rationalized the rune system. It is therefore probable that there was a simgle glyph for Genert. The fact that it looked just like a superposition of slightly altered Earth, Harmony, and Mastery runes is entirely beside the point (like pointing out that the Waha rune is just Beast and Man combined, which only annoys the beast riders and bores the scholars).
Naturally, being VERY dead and gone, the God Learners didn't bother to produce or define any runes for Genert. It was enough to say that he was the Earth Giant/God for the northern continent, and that one subcult of Issaries thinks that pieces of hyena hide are the remains of that god and that they must go into the Wastes to reassemble him if they ever find one.
