Damascus is great, provided you see it from a distance (Nowadays it is full of Syrians: weird!).
A lot better than Filippi or Canossa, anyway ;-)

Thanks for the comments and responses on Pilgrimages and Sandokan. To Alex: Sandokan was more heroic than Conner McLeod. He cutted British militia with a back swing and... OK, you got it.

To David: Sandokan was less sanguinary than Onslaught. He killed big apes only for his food or self-defense. He hated hunters for sport and never practiced his blade needlessly.
