The ArchExarch of War could be an ultra efficient, super loyal, fight-the-enemies-of-the-Empire-of-Slendour type, whereas I was envisaging a Lord Mengchang, a Sun the Martial or a Lord Flat Plain, ie flawed personalities who fight each other for greed and personal vengeance.
