Yep. Blue Moon: Tides and Water. Read the Annilla myths from the Troll Gods JC collection, and shudder. This is all very deeply Lunar, and Top Secret. Many high-up Lunars leading campaigns in the South believe in the "economic motive" for grabbing a port. That's *not* all, folks.
