Two Stupid RE questions

First, let me stress that Pelorian Metaphystics & Imperial Emperor Assembly is *not* a speciality of mine, so please, no dopeslaps.

Something I'm not sure I completely understand about the RE in the ongoing debate: exactly how voluntary is the process of the Red Emperor incarnating in a mortal body (accepting the RMM position, here)? Is he "choosing," or is the choice made "for" him? (By a suitable body being present within ritual circumstances, etc. etc.) I know it's been touched on, but re-reading the (many) posts I'm still slightly puzzled.

If I'm a Devious Lunar Noble, I'm reading this to mean (RMM model) that it's possible for me to find some diseased, jaded, weedy gadabout; finagle a mandate for him; stage-manage him through the tests (which would be tough) and then stuff the poor RE into the frail shell, hoping to create an incredibly weak and dissipate Mask?

Or do the other "parts" of the Moonson have enough self-awareness to refuse to use such a worthless body/possessee? Do mandates indicate, in part, some sort of willingness to enter a body?

I may be misunderstanding different positions, but I get the impression the "making a weak emperor" is possible under the RMM School, but not in a "Singular"
model. Since I recall there being at least dissipate mask, what's the how is this done in the SIngular? (The MS *could* just want to a party incarnation -- or just be using a weak and worthless Mask as a trap, from which to suddenly emerge strong and decided and surprise factions in the Empire.)

And the other question: can the RE use a *non*-human to comprise his mortal body? I'm assuming it hasn't been done and probably isn't possible, but can you actually *have* a Troll RE, Elf RE, Broo RE, etc? (The mind boggles at a Broo emperor and his proxies: "Okay, you're for sheep, and you're for cows, and you're for goats, and you're for the *front* of sheep, and...").

Or is the *human* "element" (not just "man" element) crucial in his make up?

Thanks, and sorry to ask it -- I suspect I know the answers here, but while it's a topic of the moment...
