I don't remember anything published about attitudes to abortion of Gloranthan societies, and it may be as well if the subject isn't mentioned in official publications since it's a sensitive subject in some communities.
A related dilemma comes when there's a choice of which to save, the mother or the child. It comes up in one of Terry Pratchett's books - - the witch chooses to save the mother, and her assistant asks her why she didn't consult the father. Her answer is to ask what the father had done to her, that she should hurt him so?
