Sartar had the ability to turn other people into things - a band of
assassins into termites; villains and robbers into toads and yapping dogs,
and a band of sorcerers into Brass Mules. These is attributed to mastery of
the Motion(!) rune. (KoS 133-137).
In HW the ability to change your own shape is difficult, and to change
someone else's is even more so.
