Other kinds of shapechangers, at least in RQ3: Hsunchen, Gorakiki followers, Path of Immanent Mastery, and the Triolona Meld form and Proteus spells. Black elves have fungal preparations that can cause sex changes.

Munchkins should go for the Proteus approach: you get the physical stats and natural abilities of the form you take.
