Yazurkial Blue Llama, the usual suspect in these affairs (cf. KoS). In the Hero Wars period he heads East and chats to dead Genert in Genert's Garden, then heads way out East to participate in the Double Phoenix Saga in the East Isles, and finally comes back West to help Argrath tear down the Red Moon, armed with the Eastern Dragon (is this the Phoenix? the new Emperor of Kralorela? both??).
